onsitedumpsters is an on-demand residential and commercial dumpster rental serving communities in Eastern Massachusetts. Using the internet to provide you information and guidance, we work hard to make the dumpster rental process hassle-free. How do I know what size dumpster I'll need?
Many customers rent dumpsters that are too small for the project they want to finish. This is why we have you fill out our project planning form and then speak with our experienced sales team. They can advise you on the proper dumpster size for your project and guide you through our special programs to insure that you have the right solution at the right price.
How do I pay for my dumpster?
Dumpster rentals are always paid in full when the dumpster is delivered. We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Is my transaction secure?
We do not ask that you provide your credit card number via the internet. Our sales team is trained to accept your payment via phone and make the transaction in a safe and secure environment.
Do I need a permit for a dumpster?
Most cities and townships do not require a permit if the dumpster is not placed on the sidewalk or the street. Check with your town about permit requirements where we are delivering your dumpster.
For how long is the dumpster rented?
All of our dumpsters are rented for a fixed two week period. If you need to keep the dumpster longer, extension are charged at $10.00 per day for up to two weeks. Once the dumpster has been onsite for a month, the charges for extending the contract further become $100 per week.
When can I have the dumpster delivered?
onsitedumpsters delivers dumpster throughout eastern Massachusetts from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. We do not deliver on major holidays. Talk to our sales team about your delivery needs.
Do I have to be home for delivery or pickup of the dumpster?
You never need to be home for onsitedumpster to deliver of pickup our dumpsters. We'd like to meet you, but if your schedule doesn't permit that, we'll take care of everything.
What if the dumpster needs to be relocated on my property?
onsitedumpsters will come back and respot the dumpster for a nominal fee. Call our sales team and we will arrange everything for you.
When will the dumpster be taken away?
Your dumpster will be removed when you call and ask us to come and get it. Even if you reach the end of your original rental contract, you must call us to schedule the dumpster pickup.
What if I need another dumpster?
We're happy to provide you with another dumpster. Call our sales team to arrange delivery and to process the paperwork.
What if the dumpster weighs more than it should?
onsitedumpsters charges $95 per ton prorated if the dumpster's final weight is over the allotment for that particular dumpster size.
Are there any items that would cost me more to haul way?
Microwaves, televisions, computer monitors, and such are charged by the hauling stations at $30.00 per item. Washers and dryers, ovens and stoves, hot water heaters, and dishwashers are charged at $30.00 per item. Refrigerators and air-conditioners are $30.00 per item. Tires are charged at $5.00 per item.
How high should I fill the container?
The rule of thumb is: never above the top rail and never outside the dimensions of the box. This insures the load can be properly tarped and transported safely. If the dumpster has been overfilled, the driver may decide to remove material from the dumpster or the driver may determine that the dumpster may need to remain onsite. This can be avoided if you stick to the rule of thumb. A charge of $75.00 will be
added if the dumpster is overfilled and/or driver can not pick up dumpster due to dumpster being overweight or if the driveway or dumpster is blocked.
Am I responsible for the dumpster while I am renting it?
Yes. You are responsible for everything that ends up in your dumpster. No matter what it is. This is why many customers tarp their dumpsters while the dumpster is onsite - this keeps strangers from throwing unknown items in and keeps people and pets out. In addition, once the dumpster is on your property you are solely responsible for damages should someone run into it with their car or motorcycle, or if workers are hurt filling it, or if anyone is hurt playing in it, on it or around it.
